Achievements

1. eHealth-Care Foundation successfully started "eHCF School of Medical Informatics" to impart a distance learning program leading to "Certificate in Medical Informatics". The course is for Doctors and Para medicals or any one interest to know in and out of Medical Informatics. (Click here)

2. The Sarguja District Administration of Chhatisgarh State of India issued an order to implement the "eHealth-Care" project in 10 Primary Health Centres. (Click here to view "Order Letter")

3. Implemented project at General & Civil Hospital, Sirsa district of Haryana State of India in association of District Administration and District Red Cross Society. Also implemented Birth / Death Registration & Certificate software. Wireless on Local Loop (WLL) Telephone & ISP connection is used for Data Transfer. Polio affected handicapped personnel has been hired for issuance of Health Cards. Around 46000 rural & urban people has benefited by the project. Here, we have bagged order from the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa to implement at all 178 PHC’s / CHC’s / Hospitals. Around 46000 health cards have been distributed to the people of Sirsa. Out of which 10000 cards distributed to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) people Free of Cost. Rest 36000 cards made for general population. Which has generated revenue of Rs. 1,80,000/- (Rupees, One Lakh and Eighty thousand Only). [@ Rs.5/- per card]. The District Red Cross Society is keeping the entire Transaction amount for sustenance of project. Simultaneously, the medical data of the patient are being stored and upgraded on regular basis. 4. e-Swasthya: A Health Card & Online Medical Advice Software and network 21 health centres for benefiting unprivileged mass of the Madhubani district, Bihar, India using Information Technology. It would enable the patients to walk into any health centre and with the patient ID their health history would be extracted from the network, which can also be updated by the authorized user. The MPLAD Fund of (Ex-M.P-Rajya Sabha) is used to develop the infrastructure. Ten Ambulances are also linked with these health centers. The health centers have been transferred to a PIA which will gradually hand over these centers to Self Help Groups. (Letter of Madhubani's District Magistrate)

5. Signed intent with IBM Canada Ltd. and Saskatchewan Telecommunications International, Inc., in conjunction with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), and is being funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). A pilot project will be carried out in some 30 villages {one kiosk each per village} of Hoshangabad and Harda District, both in Madhya Pradesh. Here, we are assigned to provide eHealth-Care Telemedicine Software at each kiosk.
